Consulting

I am available for consulting engagements in my areas of expertise, including commodity markets, price analysis and forecasting, risk management, derivatives, and agricultural and trade policy. My work draws on more than a decade of experience in academia and the federal government, including service at USDA's Economic Research Service, the White House Council of Economic Advisers, and as a consultant to the Commodity Futures Trading Commission.

Typical engagements include economic analysis and expert reports, price and market assessments, evaluation of policy or regulatory questions, and litigation support and related advisory work. I have provided analysis in matters involving commodity and derivatives markets, and can advise clients in the private sector, government, and legal settings.
